On the basis of researches kinetics of powder sintering and surfacing by electric discharge the mathematical models describing consolidation of powder particles (object of control) are developed depending on the factors of external influence (parameters of pulses of a current, pressure, etc.) which are set by the process equipment (regulator). The analysis of existing circuits of management by technological processes of reception of powder materials and coverings methods of electric discharge sintering and surfacing is carried out, the type of a straight line and a feedback between a regulator and object of management is established. Principles of adaptive control are developed by technological modes and the systems of adaptive management given on use by processes of electric discharge sintering and surfacing powder materials are resulted.
