Linear diattenuation of a front-side-illuminated CCD

Abstract: An experiment was performed on a front-side illuminated charge coupled device (CCD) to measure its linear diattenuation at 550 nm and 650 nm as a function of angle of incidence. The linear diattenuation of the CCD varies from 0% to 12% for 550 nm light from 0$DGR to 40$DGR and is less for the longer wavelength. !2
