The solution of Maxwell-Schrodinger equations describing superradiant scattering of light from a Bose-Einstein condensate of dilute atomic gas is analyzed. A novel method of control the generation of recoil atomic 'clouds' and scattered fields by inclined illumination of a Bose-Einstein condensate sample is proposed.
