The implement comprises generator of magnetic gradient field (6), atom laser cooler (8), and generator of ultra-high vacuum (9), while single genreator of single dipole sink laser beam (1) is provided for forming the dipole sink. This dipole sink generator contains dipole sink light source (2), at least one focussing member (4), and one or more members (3) for intensity control of dipole sink laser beam. The focussing member provides such focussing extent of beam radius so that effect of evaporative cooling of dipole sink collision rate can be compensated.
