ELEARNING AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT: A CASE-STUDY 'PROJEKT MOBILE QUALIFIKATION'

The importance of an efficient knowledge and information management will be shown by an example of our own experience. Many groups of people, with different needs of information, are involved in elearning-courses. Most of the projects have to handle the needs of up to five different groups: 1. the learners, the most important group. 2. the operating organisation, which handles the administration of the courses, the learners, the F2F-lessons, the examinations. 3. the TeleTutor, who helps the learners during the whole project. 4. the LSP, which hosts the courses and the elearning-environment. 5. the principal, who defines the objective and pays for reaching this objective.
