On the Girassol project, an integrated project team wasrnresponsible for subsea well completions from conceptualrndesign through to installation. This paper summarizesrnexperiences to date with equipment delivery, installation andrnearly operations including production start-up. Futurerndevelopments and challenges are discussed with a focus onrnsubsea aspects of well completions. Non-productinve timern(NPT) results are presented and analyzed. Examples are givenrnof specific successes and problems.
