Several case histories are reviewed in detail relative to water quality and water treatment applicationsrnand control. Specifically, the reasons for ineffective control of Legionella bacteria, bio-testing misinterpretation,rnand the lack of understanding of how to control Legionella are reviewed. Guidelines for end users and waterrntreatment suppliers are provided.
