摘要

Superior electrically conductive carbon black is introduced to the surface coating for flat video display screen. It can be provided with a high contrast antistatic/antireflective film. Blue additives and indium-doped tin oxide are added to mix with carbon black. The former can compensate the increased absorption of blue light by the carbon black particles and gain a good external color of a screen, which we named "pure black" color; the latter can largely increase the electrical conductivity of a coating film and provide electromagnetic wave shielding effects.
