TRANSER System for Super Large Size Color Filter Fabrication

摘要

This paper describes a solvent free color filter fabrication system for super-large-size substrate LCD production systems. We have developed a laminator which can process 1-m width film material at high through-put and gives highly uniform color layers. We have built a pilpt line for 960 x 1100 x t0.7 mm substrate to demonstrate its feasibility. We have also constructed high-precision coating factory to produce super-wide pre-coated films with highly clean environment and improved thickness uniformity.
