摘要

In this paper we will show the different weakness strength of the different traction system as: ICE ( diesel, CNG, diesel electric) , trolley bus, electric and hybrid. The different possibilities are taking into consideration for several parameters: 1. total cost; 2. availability; 3. flexibility; 4. energy consumption. The planner and the fleet manager may take into account that information as guidelines for preliminary choice about the different system. In particular the paper take into account the T.O.C. point of view respect the stakeholder and customer suggestions. One of the results of the paper is to show clear methodology within the quality system to allow a robust feed back on the procedure. Furthermore a definition and application of a real sustainable strategy of fleet development with real output of management process.
