Continuing a previous research on the optimization of a bi-axial mono-mobile azimuth tracking linkage, in which the elevation blocking effect was avoided, the present paper presents two new working angles, along with their particular restrictions, imposed to avoid the azimuth blocking effect. The synthesis algorithm, proposed to obtain the optimum dimensions for the considered tracking linkage is developed for to the specific geographic and climatic conditions in Brasov, Romania; the design principles of this algorithm can be adapted to any location on the Earth's surface.
