摘要

The height of the dam in Guangzhao Hydropower Station is 200.5m, which is by now the highest RCC gravity dam in the world. A number of problems about damming material need be tackled in crack resistance, penetration resistance, interlayer integration, workability and temperature control. Researches on the choice of damming material and optimizing of RCC mix proportion have been implemented. This work makes concrete's performance meet the requirements of design and constructing.
