摘要

In this study, TA2 and Q345B plates were bonded by explosive welding process. In respect of theoretical parameter research of TA2/Q345B and practical experience, a program to investigated influences of different process on the quality of TA2/Q345B explosive composite plates was designed, which include nine different explosive processes. A selfmade explosive was mixed and the bonding process was carried out through parallel geometry method. Through testing the mechanical properties of the bonding interface with micro-hardness optical observations, SEM observation, the process of TA2/Q345B explosive composite plates was optimized. The results are useful for future research and the development of explosive composite material.
