摘要

Graft copolymer of poly(vinylidene fluoride) with Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PVDF-g-PNIPAAm) was synthesized using atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). In this research, poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) was used as macroinitiator and direct initiation of the secondary fluorinated site PVDF facilitates grafting the N-isopropylacrylamide comonomer. Products were characterized by FTIR, ~1H NMR and gel-permeation chromatography (GPC), respectively. The results showed that alkyl fluorides have successfully applied as ATRP initiators in the synthetic condition.
