摘要

New detecting techniques are needed in order to improve the detecting capability of active source.Phase-encoding technique is used to increase the detecting distance and improve resolution by reducing the launching power by sending a group of coded small-pulse effects.By the coded excitation experiment platform set before,different codes (mainly Barker and Golay codes) were selected to excite a wideband transducer.Effects of different modulation methods on excitation signals and their pulse were researched.Modulation parameters were also optimized.The advantage of the coded excitation system over the traditional single pulse was analyzed by comparing the single pulse and coded excitation.
