Phase Transitions in Nuclear Matter with Momentum Anisotropies

The equation of state for nuclear matter is generalised to non equilibrium momentum distributions. We consider a two stream regime in the relativistic meson field theory as well as rotations of the reaction zone for a relativistic Boltzmann gas. We show, that the liquid-gas phase transition exhibits a critical velocity analog to the critical temperature. The phase transition to delta matter can be favoured for large momentum anisotropies depending on the coupling constants. For the quarkgluon plasma a wide regions of coexistence with hadronic matter of equal momentum anisotropy is found.
