The electrodeposition technique has a great theoretical and practical significance to botain composite coatings on metal, metallized ceramic or polymer surfaces. The composite coatings can provide surface properties from both the electrodeposited metal and inorganic compoun. The electrodeposition method of composite coating metal - inorganic compounds is used for modifying the surface [1-15].
