Goal Programming Models for Water Supply and Allocation

摘要

In this paper we give the applications of goal programming approach to water supply and allocation in Qinhuangdao area of North China. Three goal programming models are constructed for different and dependent requirements, i.e., chance-constrained goal programming for yearly planning, deterministic and probabilistic goal programming for monthly planning during water-supplying period, and deterministic goal programming for real-time monthly water allocation operation. Real data are applied and results fit well to practice.
