ISOLATED SQUARE FOOTING ON REINFORCED SAND-A PARAMETRIC STUDY

Presented in this paper is a parametric study of a square footing resting on reinforced soil. The various parameters studied are: depth of first layer of reinforcing layer, vertical spacing between adjacent layers of reinforcement, number of layers of reinforcement, depth of reinforcement, length of reinforcement, tensile strength of reinforcement and size of footing.
