Nano manufacturing tools, equipment and materials are critical to the successful scale-up of production and commercialization of nanotechnology. Manufacturing capabilities and materials that have been developed for the semiconductor industry are now being leveraged in nanoelectronics applications, and increasingly in nanoenergy and nanobio applications.
