A framework for incremental integration tools

摘要

This paper presents mechanisms and tools to realize integration ofnsoftware documents created in different life cycle phases. Scenariosnfrom a very tight integration to a rather loose one are supported.nBesides discussing the functionality of the tools that realize thosenintegrations, a generic framework for the development of integrationntools is introduced. It provides a common tool architecture and deliversntemplates that have to be filled out to instantiate a new integrationntool. An integrator between requirements engineering and programming innthe large is described as the first instantiation of that environment
