The study forms part of a project supported by the "Scientific Investigations" Fund of hte Bulgarian Ministry of Education and Science aimed at the utilisation of various waste materials in cement-containing or cement-less slurries. The structure formation in the compositions is investigated by means of laser-granulometric and microscopic analyses for the dilute suspensions and by rheological properties analysis for the concentrated ones. The fractal geometry approach is used to describe the aggregate formation in the systems containing active mineral additives of the 'Pozzolit" type - classified fly ash (FA) and silica fume (SF) in mass ratio !:!. Conclusions are drawn about the structure formation during the first hours of hydration.
