摘要

The paper indicates that overlying strata failure is related to the strength of strata and the thickness of strata.According to the stratum single axle compressive strength σ and stratum thickness H,the concept σ of equivalent single axle compressive strength is put forward,and the classification standard of soft and hard is given.Height formula of caving and water flowing fractured zone are improved according to this classification standard,and the calculation consultation system is developed by Visual Basic.The paper has certain theory significance and value to enhance precision and automation forecasting of theory research and project practice.
