摘要

A fast solution to the volume integral equation (VIE) for 3-D dielectric objects is implemented by using the precorrected-FFT method with floating stencil topology. The object is discretized into tetrahedral volume elements and is modeled by SWG basis functions. When the P-FFT method is being carried out, the projection and interpolation stencils are based on a new stencil topology named " floating stencil" , in which each grid corresponds to a stencil center and only the basis functions around one stencil''s center are linked to that stencil. Numerical results show that the floating stencils can significantly reduced near-zone interactions to be pre-corrected, as well as memory and CPU time.
