The Stream Control Transmission Protocol (SCTP) is a reliabletransport protocol operating on top of a connectionless packetnetwork such as IP, designed to transport PSTN signaling messagesover the connectionless packet network, but is capable of broaderapplications.This memo defines the Management Information Base (MIB) module whichdescribes the minimum amount of objects needed to manage theimplementation of the SCTP.
