With the development of Internet of things technology in recent years, it has evolved from the initial sensor network technology and RFID technology to the 5g based intelligent network technology. The application of Internet of things has also expanded from specific fields such as Internet of vehicles to industries, agriculture, transportation, education, medical and other industries. Rice planting is an important part of China’s agricultural production. Environmental monitoring and early warning of diseases and pests in the whole process of rice planting can reduce the labor intensity of farmers and improve the yield and quality of rice.
