Some Thoughts on the Code for Fire Protection Design of Civil Air Defence Works

Civil air defence works are underground buildings with specific functions, which should not only meet various demands in wartime but also be compatible with the development of urban economy. These buildings usually act as shopping malls, restaurants, exhibition halls, stadiums and the like in peacetime. Any ill-considered fire protection design of such works is extremely likely to cause great casualties and property losses in case of fire. The fire protection design of buildings in the Code for Fire Protection Design of Civil Air Defence Works has been perused and some thoughts have been demonstrated in combination with the current situations.
