Crypto-governance in Stock Exchanges: Towards Efficient and Self-regulated Trading System

摘要

Crypto-governance is gaining traction in stocks, commodities, and other derivatives trading in the exchange market, especially when products in the market move towards hyper liquidity. The governance enables an opportunity to share distributed and cryptographic-protected trade platform among trade parties. The crypto-governance perspective is trying to converge various innovations in blockchain applications. When designing crypto-governance, the scheme needs to provide cohesive decision making derived from diverse parties. This research targets to determine how crypto-governance perspective could benefit the stock exchange in regulating and providing a self-regulated trading system efficiently.
