摘要

In RF receiving systems, detector logarithmic video amplifier (DLVA) is a commonly used device, which possesses the advantages of wide frequency band and large linear dynamic range. In this paper, a design of successive detection logarithmic video amplifier (SDLVA) with MMIC detectors is proposed. The designed operating frequency range is 18 to 44GHz with a logarithmic slope of 60mV/dB, a linear dynamic range of 60dB, and a logarithmic accuracy of ±1dB.
