Regression analysis of education and social conflict willingness of migrant workers under the social and economic form

With the continuous development of economy and society, the number of migrant workers in our country is also constantly increasing. In recent years, the willingness to conflict of migrant workers to fight for their legitimate rights and interests has been continuously on the rise. Based on the multiple regression analysis model, this paper studies the relationship between the education level and the social conflict willingness of migrant workers. The study found that the higher the educational level of migrant workers, the more rational and objective they would be when evaluating the cost and benefit of conflict behaviors, thereby reducing their willingness to social conflict. Therefore, the living standards and social status of migrant workers should be improved. At the same time, attention should be paid to the basic educational level, years of education, and related on-the-job education and training for migrant workers.
