This paper takes A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges from 2012 to 2019 as the research object, and discusses the influence of heterogeneity of analyst team on the accuracy of earnings forecast based on OLS regression model. The study finds that the inclusion of female analysts in the analyst team can significantly improve the accuracy of earnings prediction, but there is no evidence that educational heterogeneity and experience difference have significant effects on earnings prediction. From the perspective of team research, this paper provides new research results for the interpretation of the influence between analyst team and earnings forecast, which has reference significance for investors, brokers and regulators in the capital market.
