Research on the Effect of the Financial-Industrial Integration in E-commerce Enterprises Based on Entropy Method-Take Alibaba as an Example

In recent years, China's e-commerce enterprises began to get involved in financial business in large quantities, and promoted the continuous improvement of enterprise value through the combination of financial capital and industrial capital. Taking Alibaba Group as an example, this paper analyzes the development path and effect of its integration of industry and finance. Because the system formed by the combination of industry and finance conforms to the characteristics of dissipative structure, the entropy change model is used to test the effect of the combination of industry and finance. The results show that the support entropy of Alibaba Group's industry-finance combination gradually increases and the pressure entropy gradually decreases, and the support entropy is greater than the pressure entropy for two consecutive years. Therefore, the industry-finance integration system of the Group has gradually stabilized, and the degree of integration of financial capital and industrial capital has become closer and closer. The Group should continue to play the positive role of industry-finance integration.
