Competitive Game Analysis of Shared Bicycles at Different Stages

This paper establishes a competitive game model by analyzing the characteristics of the competition modes of shared bicycles enterprises at different development stages. It is found that latter entrants should adopt a differentiated strategy to reduce the level of competition and increase corporate profits in initial stage of the shared bicycles industry. In the rapid growth phase, as the market becomes saturated, the marginal effect of increasing the volume of delivery decreases, and in the quantity game, the equilibrium delivery volume is gradually reduced. The profit margin of the latter entrants would be greatly reduced. The bicycle company can improve the current situation by appropriately increasing the use price and reducing the cost by refined management.
