Research on the Deformation of Rolling Mill Padding Plate in Laser Quenching

摘要

The laser quenching experiments of the rolling mill padding plate were implemented. The preliminary finding on the rule of the deformation of the rolling mill padding plate in the laser quenching has been included. An effective laser quenching technology that can control the deformation is proposed. An equipoise with the aid of predeformation by laser heating that offsets laser quenching deformation was obtained. Finally, the reason for the deformation in laser quenching is explained theoretically.
