Online Medical Platform Oriented Identification of User Needs Related to Alzheimer's Disease and Ontology Construction

Online medical platform is an important means for Alzheimer's disease patients and their families to obtain timely and useful medical information. The establishment of an information service mode centered on user needs is of great significance for improving the information utilization efficiency of patients and their quality of life. In this paper, the text data of questions on Alzheimer's disease on online medical platform is used to fully tap the real information needs of users with the text feature analysis method and content analysis method, and a user needs framework is established, covering four topics of needs including medical treatment, prevention, prognosis and daily management as well as their sub topics. Then, it is integrated with the existing disease ontology to establish a practical ontology model of Alzheimer's disease, which is conducive to providing professional and accurate knowledge services for users.
