Sepsis is one of the disease with the highest lethally rate, and 24% to 51% sepsis patients met severe criteria within the first 24 hours. This research proposes an evidence based optimal control (EBOC) method, which includes four parts: disease model; data clustering and patterns classification; optimal control; learning sections. The final result of this method is a continuous clinical control strategy which combined the optimal control solution with successful corresponding control from historical evidence. This method can be applied to clinical treatment when the treat control has system and measure errors. These errors can be corrected by the historical evidences.
