Technology of Maintenance Procedure and System for High Speed Trains

摘要

The applying characteristics of high speed trains were summed up from speed, running mileage, environment, passenger flows and so on. Research and application of key technologies for high speed trains maintenance were introduced, including reliability technology, life cycle cost, maintenance information technology, damage theory, wheel-rail relation, nondestructive testing technology, lubrication theory etc. The main content and the periods of all maintenance levels are analyzed for different types of EMU, as well as the layout, function, equipment and facilities of EMU applying stations and depots were introduced. The maintenance theoretical system and means for Chinese high speed trains were established. Application shows that Chinese high speed trains operation is safe, reliable, efficient, and the quality of EMU is stable and controllable.
