Application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, using a questionnaire survey to determine 7 primary indicators, 28 secondary indicators of Enterprise Innovation capability, construct a comprehensive evaluation system for technological innovation ability. Combination one Group of Changqing Jinan City Shandong Province in an actual survey, evaluation of the target layer of technological innovation capability, obtain the results of the Group's innovation ability.
