摘要

To provide scientific basis for air pollutants control of Baoji City, the A value method of the macro-total control is used, based on the box model, to estimate Air Environmental Capacity of Baoji City. The A value method is easier and more convenient to use than other traditional methods. In this study, using data from environmental protection agency of Baoji City. Estimation results show that Air Environmental Capacities of SO2, NO2 and PM10 are respectively 1.87×104 t/a, 2.48×104 t/a and 2. 37×104 t/a in Baoji City. Moreover, Environmental Capacity of PM10 and NO2 are remained, the needs of the current industrial production can be met. But SO2 emissions surpass the carrying capacity of the environment of Baoji City area, some measures should be adopted to reduce SO2 emissions.
