摘要

The role of human resource department has been continuously changed from functional management to strategic management in real estate business. With an apparent uncertainty in the real estate market, human resource outsourcing has become an effective way of solving the problems of high cost and possible risks for real estate enterprises. The author first studied the experience of human resource outsourcing in real estate business both in China and aboard, and then established a human resource outsourcing decision-making model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The research provides real estate enterprises with a quantifiable method of human outsourcing decision-making. It can help the enterprises to enhance the core competitiveness, and promote the healthy growth of the real estate industry.
