With the constant development of the information Construction in the real estate industry, the excessive accumulation and expansion of information gradually emerged in these real estate enterprises. The author of this article will focus on this issue, building a new model of information resources management on the basis of data mining technology. This article attempts to pass such a way to excavation and management of information resources in both internal and external company in order to resolve the information redundancy problem for the purpose to improve the utilization of information resources and the company's competitive edge.
