Risk Evaluation of Residential Investment for Housing Industrialization Projects in China

Housing industrialization has become one of the key solutions to enhance housing production efficiency and decrease energy consumption of Chinese residential housing industry. Housing industrialization projects are confronting different investment risk structure with traditional residential investment. The risk evaluation of residential investment for housing industrialization projects becomes an urgent issue. Beginning with the influence analysis of housing industrialization on residential investment, this paper identified the main risk factors. The risk evaluation index system of residential investment was established. The risk evaluation model was built with AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, an example was analyzed to demonstrate the application process of the method. The result shows the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method could provide effective decision-making support for risk management.
