Survival and Development Strategies for Small and Mediumsized Real Estate Enterprises

摘要

Based on the investigation of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises in Guangdong province, this paper analyzes the factors that determine their business survival, from land-acquisition to capital, brand, financing, internal management, and recruitment and retention of capable people. It proposes how the government can take steps to support the development of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises and how these enterprises develop strategies for survival according to their own characteristics and strengths.
