The urban land reserve system is the important step of urban land use system reformation in the last few years, and it plays the positive effect on regulating the land market, stimulating the urban storage land and increasing the land income of government. Facing the land market change which the urban land reserve system brings, this article on the basis of elaborating content of land reserve, from the five aspects including planning value-added, the value of the external radiation, direct investment in land value-added, land supply and demand value-added and land sold value-added analyzes and researches on the influence mechanism of the urban land reserve system to the land price mechanism
