A Research on Some Issues Related to the Construction of Information Technology of Real Estate Administration in China

The key content of information technology of real estate administration is to use information communication technology and information technology to break the borders of the administrative departments to build an information-based virtual organ, making the real estate industry and the public access to get the government information and services through multiple channels. After full implementation of the administrative operation of real estate information and information technology can eliminate the layers of obstacles, as well as, written the reviews and other kinds of traditional management, by which the electronic channels for mutual exchanges will be popular in the same level of government, the vertical subordination of the government and all sectors of society. Therefore, the service management level has been gradually improved, as well as, the industry operational efficiency has been improved to significantly enhance decision-making.
