Problem: Remaining useful life (RUL) calculations are done manually and sporadically; limiting their usefulness in operations, maintenance, and asset management. Objective: Predictive RUL monitoring system 1) Create a Digital Clone model of full gearbox 2) Calculate RUL from historical data 3) Monitor SCADA data and update RUL calculations automatically 4) Provide GUI to monitor, inform on RUL, and suggestions to modify.
