Research on Applying Concurrent Engineering to Real Estate Project Management

摘要

On analysis of defects of serial mode in real estate developing project management,this paper suggests that apply concurrent engineering approach to this kind project may significantly improve quality and efficiency.In addition,the paper analyses affects and problems therewith,proposes how CE can contribute to project effectiveness and what axe practical solving ways.
