Analysis to Optimal Portfolio of the Incentives to Construction Project Managers

摘要

Project quality concerns people's property and lives,and the project manager of construction is the key factor of project management.This paper elaborates the incentive theories and the present incentives situation of construction project managers,analyses the incentives to them,and formulates the optimal portfolio of incentives based on statistical theory.
