The Constructing and Analysis of the Quality Cost Model in Building-Construction Enterprise

The building-construction enterprise gradually has realized the quality cost controlling and it's importance,Butt of the building-construction is deferent with the product of common industry product in applicating Therefore,the frame of the quality cost in building-construction enterprise has its characteristics Based on the foundation of traditional quality cost models and considering the building-construction enterprise's characteristic,the quality cost of the building-construction enterprise has been divided into the valid cost and the loss cost in this paper.The parameter p has been selected as the basic indicator,which is the ratio of the loss cost to the enterprise output of the construction enterprises in the same year.Takes P as an independent variable,and takes the effective quality cost,including the quality prevention cost,the quality evaluation cost,as the dependent variable,then constructs quality cost model and simulates the quality cost curve in construction enterprise.Analyzes the change rule in the curve of the valid quality cost and the quality loss cost,then,discusses the best controlling point of the valid quality cost.
