For a long time, the thought of the range pole management has been regarded as the key thought of enterprise's competitive strategy all the time, but a kind of new concept -value creation, challenge to the range pole management. The implicit marketing mode of the real estate, which is taking fostering and creating customer's demand as starting point, is exactly the application in the marketing of the real estate of thought of value creation. This paper summarized the characteristic that value innovates by the comparison of two kinds of strategic thinking, and it has explained the implicit marketing mode of real estate based on value creation in detail.
